Xiaomi is getting bigger in India continuously. They know their fan base in India and how much people are looking for a better customer care support. That’s why on Monday Xiaomi has launched it’s new WhatsApp Based Service called Xiaomi Mi Bunny. This service will provide latest Xiaomi News, MIUI Updates Info, Upcoming Smartphone news and etc. Xiaomi is looking to make the newly launched WhatsApp business tool more efficiently through this service.
The biggest thing about this Xiaomi WhatsApp service is that people can ask for SUPPORT and then follow the on-screen instructions to get contacted with Customer Care. Xiaomi has mentioned that the customer service is available from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 6PM.

- Then text Xiaomi and you will receive a welcome message.
- Text your name along with your City name.
This will also help Xiaomi to notify you about future Mi events or meetups near your area. The company in their forum has said that “At Xiaomi, we’re always striving to provide you a seamless user experience.” This service will also send you the news about latest Xiaomi offers which will help you to buy the right product at the right time.
If you want to Unsubscribe from the Mi Bunny WhatsApp service then text STOP . This will prevent them from sending future unwanted messages.
