Xiaomi Launches 4 New Smart TVs In India – Starts At Rs. 17,999

Mi TV 4X and Mi TV 4A Launched In India :-

Xiaomi India has launched a new range of products at their “Smarter Living 2020” event. The Mi Band 4 has finally arrived in India which is priced at Rs. 2,299 and for the first time, Xiaomi has entered the Water Purifier segment as well with their Mi Smart Water Purifier which has been priced at Rs. 11,999. Apart from those, Xiaomi has also launched 4 new Smart TVs in India:- Mi TV 4A and Mi TV 4X.

Mi TV 4A (40-inches) :-

This comes with a 40-inches Full HD display which has VPE Calibration. The TV has a 20W speaker with Dolby™+ DTS-HD support, Google Assistant integration and Patchwall. It also has 700,000+ hrs of content (from Netflix, Prime Video, Hungama etc). Mi TV 4A is an Android TV and has a dedicated Data Saver which will allow watching 3X more content.

PRICE: The Mi TV 4A has been priced at Rs. 17,999 and will be available to purchase via Mi.com, Amazon and Mi Homes from September 29.

Mi TV 4X (43-inches, 50-inches and 65-inches) :-

All the three variants have 4K 10-bit HDR displays, coupled with the same 20W stereo speakers with support for DTS-HD. However, the 65-inches variant is the first Smart TV to feature Xiaomi’s in-house Vivid Picture Engine. It also has an all-new full-metal design with thin bezels and has a dedicated MEMC chip onboard.

All of these Mi Smart TVs are powered by a new version of Patchwall which is based on Android 9.0 Pie along with the integration of Google Assistant. Xiaomi’s new Mi TVs now support Netflix and Amazon Prime out of the box and like the Mi TV 4A, they also have over 700,000 hours of content. The Data Saver option is also present.

PRICE: The 43-inch and 50-inch variants are priced at Rs. 24,999 and Rs. 29,999 respectively and will be available to purchase from Mi.com, Mi Homes from 29th September. The 43-inch variant will be available at Flipkart, whereas, the 50-inch variant will be available at Amazon. The 65-inch variant has an introductory price of Rs. 54,999 and will be available to pre-order starting 29th Septemeber via Mi.com and Flipkart.
