Mi TV 4X 2020 Edition Launched In India, 4K HDR 10, Netflix Support And More
The Mi TV 4X lineup was launched just a couple of months back in India. Xiaomi offered some value for money 4K Smart TVs. This series included a 43″, 50″ and a 60″ variant. But today Xiaomi has announced another device which is the Mi TV 4X 55-inch variant 2020 edition. It has been priced at Rs. 34,999 and will go on sale from December 2, 12:00 P.M.

Now there aren’t any major changes apart from the display size obviously. This is a 55-inch 4K panel with 10-bit HDR support. It has the same Vivid Picture Engine by Xiaomi and supports immersive audiovisual experience through 20W speakers certified for Dolby Audio™ and DTS-HD®. Another good thing is that this Smart Tv comes with Xiaomi’s latest Patchwall 2.0 UI with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. PatchWall 2.0 brings an extensive library of 4K content with native support for Netflix, Prime Video and Hotstar alongside 16 leading content partners and 7 live news channels across 7 languages.
The TV has native support for Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos, so users won’t need to sideload the apps. The TV remote also has dedicated buttons for Netflix and Prime Video. Mi TV 4X 55″ 2020 edition has Google Assistant, YouTube, Chromecast, Google Play Store and Data Saver built-in. It will be available for INR 34,999 starting 2nd December 2019, 12 noon on Mi.com, Amazon and Mi Home. Additionally, if you buy it before 31st January 2020 then you will be eligible to get 4months of Airtel DTH connection at INR 1,800 as compared to the regular price of INR 3,450.
