Huawei Nova 3 Gets ViLTE Support via Software Update

Huawei Nova 3 Now Supports ViLTE After The Recent Update

Are you a Huawei Nova 3 user? Well, if you are then there is some good news for you. Huawei has recently released a software update which will enable the ViLTE support on your Huawei Nova 3. The smartphone was launched back in July, 2018 and it retained Huawei’s flagship specifications at a lower price. And now thanks to the new update, it supports ViLTE ( Video Over LTE).

What Is ViLTE?

ViLTE is a conversational video service, based on the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) core network. So from now, users won’t need to depend on 3rd party video calling apps. It provides enhanced and immersive experience through network level communication. It’s the network operators that provide the service, so the experience and service are expected to be much better than the 3rd Party Applications.

The Huawei Nova 3 smartphone is powered by Kirin 970 processor and the company expects that the chipset would enrich the voice calling and video calling service. The ViLTE service will be supported on Vodafone Idea, AirTel and Reliance JIO. With the new update, the Nova 3 has also received the Google Security Patches for the month of April 2019.
