New FOTA Update Brings Digital Wellbeing On Zenfone Max Pro M2

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 was launched back in December 2018 and till this date, it’s quite a powerful smartphone with Stock Android experience. The Android Pie update was rolled out for this smartphone a couple of months ago and many users were facing issues. Since then, Asus has released more updates and recently they have rolled out another Firmware-Over-The-Air (FOTA) update which brings Digital Wellbeing to the Max Pro M2, June 2019 security patches and more.

Digital Wellbeing :-

This feature was missing in the device when the Pie Update was rolled out. Now, users can use this feature to monitor exactly how much time they are spending on each application. Users can also set time limits on Applications so that they don’t distract you much.

Upgraded Earpiece Performance :-

With the new update on the Max Pro M2 you can now enjoy calls with upgraded earpiece volume performance for crystal-clear call voice fidelity.

 Google Security Patches – June 2019 :-

This update brings the security patches for the month of June 2019 on your device.

Optimized Display Corners :-

Some users had complaints about the corners on the Max Pro M2. Asus claims to fix it with their latest update. Now it will occupy better-rounded corners.

Optimized Screen Brightness Control :-

Android Pie is supposed to have better auto-brightness control than it’s previous versions but that was kind of messed up in the Max Pro M2. With the latest update, the device will have optimized screen brightness control for any lighting condition.

Optimized Unlocking Experience :-

Max Pro M2’s new FOTA update optimizes the Pattern unlocking experience. You can now easily unlock the device with ease with visible pattern pins on both dark or white backgrounds.

Optimized Dark Mode Experience :-

The optimized & improved ‘Dark mode’ support with the Max Pro M2’s new update enables better dark mode support across the UI, apps and app notifications that support the Dark Mode.

The update is a FOTA update and it’s rolling out in batches. You will notice the update on your device very soon.
